Bare walls are officially out — Pins for "wall art" were up 637% this year. We have plenty of wall art in various booths around Westside Market.
#2: PATTERNED PLANTS
Bedroom plants can help you sleep and vibrant foliage can help you stay on trend in the new year. Pins for “patterned plants” were up 533% this year. You can find these here at Westside Market in the GJD3 Booth directly across from checkout.
#3: MIXED METALLICS
We’re looking at our stainless steel kitchens through rose-gold glasses — or something like that. Pins for “mixed metals” were up 423% this year. You can find some beautiful mixed metallics pieces here at Westside Market in the new Rowan Oak booth and in the High Cottage Home booth.
#4: TERRAZZO FLOORING
Bell bottoms might not be back, but the hot floor design of the 1970s sure is. Pins for “terrazzo” were up 316% this year. You can find this type of flooring at Westside Market in the Rugs Department.
#5: STATEMENT CEILINGS
2018 is looking up — or, at least, the statement ceiling trends is.
Where you choose paint, wallpaper, or intricate textures, you might want to pay a little more attention to your ceiling. Pins for “statement ceilings” were up 310% this year. You can find some of these statement ceilings & fixtures here at Westside Market in the RJB booth.
#6: SPA INSPIRED BATHROOMS
Even if we can’t escape to the Bahamas, everybody is dreaming of resort-inspired bathrooms and rattan furniture. Pins, or saves, for "spa bathrooms" were up 269% this year. You can find plenty of these at Westside Market at the 3 River Trading Booth.
